Pc in a mini?

i was just thinking about putting a pc in my mini, weather this would be a good idea or not. it would be connected by 2 7 inch monitors. 500gb sata hard drive, Intel Celeron E3200 2.4Ghz, 4gb ram and asus 512mb graphics card.
